profile_pictureGreetings from Sydney, Australia. I started this blog in 2007 to publish reviews of  books and  films I have seen. Since then I write about many more subjects. I use the blog to pass on information and my learning experiences to others. You will also find some articles of a more autobiographical nature as well as glimpses into my musical tastes.

I live in Sydney and my interests include English language and teaching, music, cooking,  English language,  Asian culture (especially Korea, Indonesia and Japan), cinema, personal development, and productivity.

    Hi Charles. You are the man I have been looking for.I want to store the popular Indian music of the by gone age, ie from my youth! To classify in a table that names the titles, composers, lyric writers and names of the movie and the decade they belong. Each table will belong to a specific decade. I want to store it in my computer.
    I am not an IT man so whats the simplest way to do it. Thanks if you can help.

    Ali – Thank you for your comment. I would recommend you use Microsoft Excel or a Google spreadsheet to store the information about the music. Create columns for the year, title, composer, lyric writer, movie and other notes. Then you can extract with filters, and sort the information.
