Caramelised Bananas and Ice Cream

We have a lot of ripe bananas  so I decided to make a very easy dessert – caramelised bananas with ice cream.

Here is the recipe:

1. Slice one ripe banana into thin pieces

2. Heat a fry pan and add a tablespoon of butter.

3. After the butter has melted, add a tablespoon of brown sugar.

4. Stir for about a minute.

5. Place scoops of ice cream in bowls, spoon the caramelised bananas on top then serve.

I told you it was easy to make.
