Here is the recipe:
1. Slice one ripe banana into thin pieces
2. Heat a fry pan and add a tablespoon of butter.
3. After the butter has melted, add a tablespoon of brown sugar.
4. Stir for about a minute.
5. Place scoops of ice cream in bowls, spoon the caramelised bananas on top then serve.
